“love makes sense”
Our first product bears a simple phrase that occurred to me only after I’d asked my subconscious to explain the emphasis on love, and why we’re always supposed to be nice to each other.
The process began in the interval between first communion and confirmation, when the gist of my education was the Baltimore catechism, which seemed to be based on circular reasoning – not that there’s anything wrong with that!
The Christ-like aspect of love posed no difficulty, but the emphasis on worship never made a lick of sense to me. Neither at age ten, nor now in my seventies, does a yen for worship represent anything other than a profound inferiority complex. Gratitude is a daily obligation, but worship – I don’t think so.
